Please note that the warranty applies if the device was used as directed by Willo and under normal circumstances and does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, alternation, improper use, maintenance, repair or failure. Only the device purchased through our website and authorized retailers are eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
