Make sure Willo is plugged into a live electrical outlet and not into an outlet controlled by a light switch. To test the outlet, try plugging another device to see if it turns on

Make sure the AC adapter is plugged in correctly

Make sure that the power button is in the ‘on’ position
To see if the device is powered on, a white light should be visible in the front of the device.
