If Willo doesn't turn on:
- Make sure Willo is plugged into a live electrical outlet and not into an outlet controlled by a light switch
- Make sure the AC adapter is plugged in correctly
- Make sure that the power button is in the ‘on’ position (the 'off' position has a red background, the 'on' position has a white one)
To see if the device is turned on, a small LED light should be visible in the front of the device.
