We're sorry to see you go, but you can absolutely cancel your plan anytime. Unfortunately, we don't have a "pause" feature but you're able to reschedule your next delivery date up to 3 months away.
How to cancel:
- Please log into your Willo account and go to the Subscription tab, click "modify plan". You will see the "cancel" button.
Please note:
- Once you cancel from your Willo account, it will automatically cancel all of your subscriptions- including your family members.
- If you are an Annual member and cancel before your billing cycle ends, you will still receive your remaining refill deliveries.
How to change your next delivery date:
- Log in to your Willo account and click the "Subscription" tab.
- Click "Modify Plan"
- Click "Edit delivery date" and choose your preferred date from the calendar.
Once you update your next delivery date, your future order will automatically be rescheduled for 3 months.
