To cancel your order, please email us at support@willo.com.
When you contact us, please include your name, email address associated with your Willo account or the order number provided in your order confirmation email. We will process the cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped within 0-2 business days from the order date. While we do our best to answer all cancellation requests as quickly as possible, due to our quick processing times we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order after it has been shipped.
