Device returns:
We provide a full product cost refund (less any incurred shipping costs) for a Device if (i) such return is requested within *30 days of the date of purchase, and (ii) no components of the Device were damaged by you. If you’d like to return your Device, please email us at support@willo.com for shipping label and to confirm the return address and to receive an order number that must be included on the package you return to us.
Before you ship the Device, please record your personal tracking number or request a tracking receipt as we cannot issue a refund for a lost Device without proof of tracking.
If we receive the Device and determine, in our sole discretion, that you damaged the Device or used it in a manner that voids the warranty provided in the Terms of Sale, it will not be eligible for a refund. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your returned Device, we will process your return. If all components of the Device are not returned or if any components have been damaged by you, the Device will not be eligible for return and you will not receive a refund.
