After you have placed your order via the Willo website, you have 1 hour (business hours) to modify or cancel it.
To do so, please email us at support@willo.com. In your email, please include your name, email address used at checkout and the order number provided in your order confirmation email.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. While we do our best to answer all cancellation or modification requests as quickly as possible, due to our quick processing times we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification of an order after it has been sent to our logistic partner.
