If you see that Willo is not a good fit for your kid(s), you have up to 30 days from delivery date to contact us at support@willo.com with your order number.
We will then provide you a return label (at our expense) and you just have to send your device back with the consumables.
After having received the return label from us, you have up to 30 days to send back the device.
Once we receive everything, we will process your refund which should be reflected in your bank account a few days after.
Conditions for refund
Refunds can't be processed if:
- you ask for a return after 30 days from delivery date
- send the device back to us after 30 days from return label delivery
- send a damaged device that wasn't notified to our support team at delivery
- send a device with missing items (mouthpieces and rinse pods excluded)
