To find your size, we have sent you 5 mouthpieces so your child(ren) can try a few of them.
To find which size could be a good fit, we have provided you a sizing chart according to age, presence of molars, and biological gender. It should allow you to pick from 1 to 2 sizes for your child(ren) to test in mouth.
Picking the right mouthpiece size is necessary for Willo to work as intended.
Once inserted in mouth, to ensure the size is right:
- your child should feel comfortable with it (no gag reflex, no pain at the labial frenum).
- It shouldn't feel too bulky or shouldn't be painful at insertion
- Back teeth should be covered. And if your child feel more comfortable with a size that doesn't seem to cover back molars completely, ask them to move the mouthpiece during brushing to brush back molars as well
- Your child should be able to easily and completely close the lips around the neck of the mouthpiece.
If you have any questions about the mouthpiece size and/or would like assistance finding it, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@willo.com. You can also book an onboarding call with our Willo hygienist, to help you with this step.
